Reports To: Senior Associate Director of Business and Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
Schedule: Primarily late afternoon and evening hours with occasional weekend programming and community events.
Supervises: Youth Program Staff, Interns, Volunteers, and Youth Leaders (high school)

Job Summary
The Youth Program Supervisor leads SEACMA’s Youth Leaders and Gambling Prevention Program funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. The position recruits, mentors, and develops youth leaders (high school) while implementing evidence-informed gambling prevention education, leadership development, and community engagement activities. The Supervisor oversees youth program staff, ensures grant deliverables are achieved, and promotes a safe, culturally responsive, and inclusive environment.

Essential Functions
-Recruit, mentor, supervise, and support youth leaders.
-Develop and facilitate youth leadership and problem gambling prevention education.
-Coordinate workshops, leadership activities, community service projects, and educational events.
-Supervise youth program staff, interns, volunteers, and contracted instructors.
-Maintain participant records, attendance, grant documentation, and outcome data.
-Prepare monthly reports and meet grant reporting requirements.
-Collaborate with schools, families, community organizations, and grant partners.
-Participate in required meetings, trainings, conferences, and technical assistance
sessions.
-Ensure services comply with SEACMA policies, grant requirements, and applicable laws.
-Maintain confidentiality of participant information.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Education / Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, Public Health, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
-Minimum one year of experience working with youth.
-Experience in leadership development, prevention education, or community
programming preferred.
-Experience serving immigrant, refugee, and culturally diverse communities preferred.
-Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Licenses & Requirements
-Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and or reliable transportation.
-Successful completion of a Massachusetts CORI background check.
-Ability to work primarily late afternoon and evening hours with occasional weekends.

Working Conditions
-Primarily late afternoon and evening work hours.
-Occasional weekend programming and community events.
-Local travel throughout Central Massachusetts and occasional travel outside the region for meetings, trainings, conferences, and grant-related events.
-Work performed in offices, schools, community centers, outdoor venues, and partner sites.
-Compliance with SEACMA safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, participate in indoor and outdoor youth activities, and perform the essential duties of the position.
